There are three membership tiers to choose from
  1. Platinum - 12 bottles delivered twice annually (approximately $300/shipment)
  2. Gold - 6 Bottles delivered twice annually (approximately $200/shipment)
  3. Silver - 4 bottles delivered twice annually (approximately $100/shipment)
