Highlighted by orange blossom and mandarin, accompanied by lime and pear aromas this nose is very fruit driven and delightful. On the palate there are flavours of lime peel suffused with subtle undertones of sweet pear and white peach. The bubbles are delicate and provide a pleasant lift to the wine as it carries through to the finish.

A delicate balance of sweetness and acidity delivers a thirst quenching finish. Made with Vidal grape and hand harvested from our estate vineyard, our fruit was left hanging until the first heavy frost of the fall. This delicate freezing process concentrates the sugars, flavours and aromas. Wild fermented with no added yeast. Best served at 8oC.

Served at 15 C., it is splendid bistro fare.
