With a complexion of pale straw, our light dessert wine offers baked apple, preserved lemon with an exotic fruit display ( lychee, papaya) and honeydew melon filling out the flavour spectrum. Beautifully lacquered yet surprisingly fresh mouthfeel with both sides of its personality: sweetness and acidity in spellbinding harmony. Best yet: modest alcohol. Best served 6-7 Celsius.
A boire bien frais!
Not to be confused with an Icewine, this light dessert wine can be enjoyed with a cheese platter (specially bleu veins) or is a perfect companion for after dinner to drink and be merry, not sink in the couch and snore through the football game.
