Ruby red in colour with red cherry and plum in spades on a light-bodied frame accompanied by white pepper spice notes. Flavours of red berry fruit (strawberry, raspberry) and cherry pit ride aboard juicy balanced acidity and a soft, supple tannic structure. If you’re seeking a throat-soothing, highly gluggable red, we have your ticket. Serve slightly chilled. Gamay-zing!!
D’une couleur rouge rubis, ce vin développe des arômes de cerise et de prune avec une touche épicée de poivre blanc. En bouche, on retrouve des saveurs subtiles de fruits rouges (fraise, framboise) et de noyaux de cerise. Un bel équilibre entre une acidité fraîche et des tannins fins en font le parfait vin rouge léger pour cet été. A boire bien frais!

Light, lofty, pure and plentiful made in a “traditional” non-carbonic style. A slight brininess on the palate is juxtaposed with fresh and vibrant raspberry fruit and grenadine with a hint of black pepper and anise. Juicy and succulent with good length. Drink now with a slight chill. Tasted August 2022.
