There is no cost to join Club Huff. The ‘costs’ associated with Club Huff membership are based on which of the three membership types you select. All memberships are six bottles delivered twice per year (May & Nov). Approximate prices per shipment are noted below.

All memberships are comprised of six bottles delivered twice per year, May and November.

When your wines are shipped, your credit card (on file) will be charged.

We put together a curated selection of wines for each shipment. Our staff look to ensure that seasonal favourites, library wines and special releases are available for you.

You do have the ability to select alternate wines if you so choose, but this may adjust the cost of the shipment in question – based on the wine you choose.

Yes. You will have the ability to customize your order/shipment. Just a reminder, that your specific choices may adjust the cost of the Club Huff ‘package’ and the estimated cost associated with your membership type.

You can see more about our wines at any time in our online store at this link. With the email notification of each shipment we’ll include a link to each wine in the store as well as a ‘monograph’ about the wine, in PDF format.

You can add additional bottles to your Club Huff package/order – you’ll just need to pay the additional cost of the extra wines.

Yes you can. All you will need to do is contact us at jason@huffestates.com or 613-393-5802 and let us know which membership you want to select.

Once the Club Huff ‘package’ has been ordered through the shopping cart, we usually get the wines out the door with 48 hours. Our delivery service usually takes 3-5 days to get the wine to your door – weather and distance from the Winery dependent.

Online, you simply need to log in to your account—upper right hand corner of the web site pages—and your discount will be applied to all appropriate purchases.

To use your discount at the Inn, you will need to select the “Inn Discount” item in your membership area and generate your discount coupon/code. Then call the Inn at 613-393-1414

If you miss the delivery folks when they arrive with your wine, they will leave a notice on your door on how to contact them to arrange another delivery time. If they are unable to connect with you at all, they will return the order to the Winery – we’ll be in touch to arrange another delivery or for a pick-up at the Winery.

Once you log in to your account on our website, look for your name in the upper right corner. Click on the down arrow and select Account Details. You can update your address and credit card information and save the changes.

You don’t need to do anything specific to suspend your membership for a period of time. Simply click “skip shipment” when the Club shipment notification is sent out. However, if you don’t place a Club Huff order for two consecutive shipments we will cancel/suspend your account. See our Club Huff ‘Terms & Conditions’ document for full details.

To cancel your Club Huff membership, subject to the Terms & Conditions, you can simply log in to your account on our website (upper right hand corner of the page) and then click on the Delete My Account button. Follow the instructions.
