Thursday March 28th
2pm – Check-in to The Inn at Huff Estates
3pm – Join guest cheese producer Denis Nadeau of Fromagerie Kapuskoise (Kapuskasing) in a cheese and wine pairing lecture
Evening – Head out for dinner to one of our partner restaurants with shuttle service provided to and from ($100 dinner voucher per couple included in price).

Friday March 29th
2pm – Barrel tasting in the cellar lead by General Manager Jason Sharpe. Taste and learn about the different influences oak has on wine
6pm – Cooking class lead by Chef Lynne Underhill, learn her secrets to various salad dressings as well as appetizers followed by a dinner prepared by Lynne

Saturday March 30th
11am – Check out and explore the festivities of Maple in the County
