DELICATE and NUANCED
Mid-straw yellow with greenish tint. In it’s
understated adolescent state, look for aromas of pear,
orange blossom and white floral notes. You can taste a
lean, edgy style with recurring pear, hints of orange
pekoe tea, lime pith astride a lively core of acidity and
a wisp of oak influence. A pure mineral essence in a
cool climate setting.
notre terroir.
A great compliment to any meal. Showcase this wine while hosting a fancy dinner party and as it flows, so will the conversation. Just don’t open while cooking, otherwise it might not make it to the table…the wine nor the host.

Lots of ripe fruit and no shortage of wood with a drying sensation on the palate. Lacks a bit of verve and extension, also elasticity. That said there is flesh and pulpiness to this substantial chardonnay. Drink 2024-2026. Tasted blind at NWACs24, June 2024.
