2013 Quarry Road Pinot Noir – John Szabo

“This is Huff’s crack at Tawse Winery’s Quarry Road Vineyard on Vinemount Ridge, the result of a fruit exchange between wineries. The nose is expressive in the classic register, while the palate offers richness and depth, balance and composure. Great length, too. A fine wine, showing the class of the site and sage winemaking. Best after 2016. Tasted April 2015.” – 91 points
