2017 Unoaked Chardonnay
- Tasting Notes
It’s luminous pale yellow and smells bright, citrusy, clean with essence of stony purity, delicate floral notes and fragrant aromas of apple, pear and citrus blossom. To the palate, Prince Edward County mineral-laden limestone imparts freshness and structural integrity. A taste of cold steel that undergirds the citrus fruit with cool-climate acidity. A lees creaminess then carries the ripe apple and citrus peel. UNOAKED, NO LUMBER.
