SUMMER SPLASH in a GLASS
With a translucent Grenadine colour, look for tart forest berry fruit ( cranberry, strawberry), candied orange and a hint of mandarine. On the palate: a swath of zesty citrus, rhubarb and recurring red berry fruit. Serve well chilled for a shock of refreshment.
The ultimate picnic wine. Pack some cold cuts, fresh greens, baguette, and a cooler of course! Equipped with a screw cap for ease of reseal and travel, but we have yet to meet someone who needed it.

Here’s a light and airy, fresh and breezy, dry and fruity rosé, the type designed to be chilled and sipped al fresco. No pretention of greatness, no disappointment either. Just solid pink. Enjoy now. Tasted August 2022.

Made entirely from cabernet franc, this relatively light and breezy rosé pours somewhere in between pale and deep. Dry with some pleasant salinity that lingers on the finish. Nicely balanced with soft acidity with notes of dried herbs, rose and plum. Drink now. Tasted August 2022.
