SLEEK and STEELY
The 2021 vintage, a Méthode Traditionnelle blanc de blancs, embodies a chalk- limestone essence featuring aromas of tart apple spritzed with grapefruit. Buoyed by an electric buzz of acidity, recurring green apple flavours and grapefruit pith carry through to the finish reflecting the pure nature of PEC Chardonnay. Swish. BRUT-I full stuff!
Notre millésime 2021, 100% chardonnay, développe des arômes de pomme verte, de pamplemousse avec une note minérale. On retrouve en bouche des saveurs fraîches de pommes et d’agrumes soutenuent par une belle acidité et une légère sucrosité.

Clean and pure in the blanc de blancs idiom, this is lovely bubbles, confident, complete, correct. I love the mouthfeel, the fullish, rounded, balanced-tight and sharp aspect, the pure citrus and white almond-biscuity flavours. Impeccably made, with much more life ahead. Tasted Blind at the NWACs 2024.

On the nose it’s all golden apple fruit, pain au chocolate and nutty autolytics. The palate delivers immediately with a pithy tension that supports cascading layers of creamy spice and ripe orchard fruit. Long and somehow continually regenerating, it finishes fresh, precise and perfectly textural.
