2023 Minimalist Merlot-Cabernet

Here is a tale of two grapes: Merlot and Cabernet Franc joining forces with our 2023 vintage. Merlot provides smoothness and a soft tannic structure while the other protagonist, Cabernet Franc adds structure, depth and complexity. Look for black fruit (current, berry) provided by the Merlot component while Cab. Franc returns the favour with red berry fruit (raspberry) and a dried herbal texture. All in all, a compelling narrative! UNOAKED.

Notre Minimalist 2023 est un assemblage de merlot et de cabernet franc. Un nez plein de fraîcheur qui développe de arômes de baies rouges et noires (framboise, cassis, mûre). En bouche, une structure tannique légère laisse les fruits frais s’exprimer pleinement avec une petite touche de plantes séchées. A boire assez frais.
